Surah ad-Duha

After reading salat we asked Allah for clarification on a matter that was perplexing our mind. Then we opened the Qur’an and this is the Surah that our eyes fell upon straight away. Subhan’Allah an excellent answer.

Al-Qur’an, 093.001-011
(Ad-Dhuha [The Morning Hours, Morning Bright])

By the Glorious Morning Light,
And by the Night when it is still,
Thy Guardian-Lord hath not forsaken thee, nor is He displeased.
And verily the Hereafter will be better for thee than the present.
And soon will thy Guardian-Lord give thee (that wherewith) thou shalt be well-pleased.
Did He not find thee an orphan and give thee shelter (and care)?
And He found thee wandering, and He gave thee guidance.
And He found thee in need, and made thee independent.
Therefore, treat not the orphan with harshness,
Nor repulse the petitioner (unheard);
But the bounty of the Lord – rehearse and proclaim!

    Jazak’Allah Khayr for the beautiful link.
    Subhan’Allah the verse “And verily the Hereafter will be better for thee than the present” fills me with Shukar towards Allah every time we read/hear it.

    May Allah grant you His Tawfeeq and increase your state in this world and the Next, for the act of kindness you have shown to this pauper. Allahumma Ameen.
